Located on the busy intersection of Tillary Avenue and Flatbush Avenue there was a desire to create a visually attractive landscape which will add value to the apartment complex. The neighborhood has a high number of rental inventory and with receding real estate the market developer wanted to create a landscape that could be used as a marketing tool to attract client.

Landscape was visualized as an unexpected element within the building which would give visual relief to otherwise gritty surroundings. Space was conceived as an untouched nature orchestrated in a geometric fashion to create graphic interest as the courtyard will be viewed from top most of the times.
